NORTHWEST GATE OF FAIRGROUNDS WILL BE OPEN AT 5AM ON SATURDAY MORNING.
MEAT WILL BE CHECKED AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE.!!!!!

****DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES IS AUGUST 12TH AT 4PM****
****Must be IN Fair office by 4pm.****


Entry Fee:
$20 EACH for Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs, Chicken ($60 total)
$10 for Backyard BBQ
Showmanship-No Entry Fee
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 12TH AT 4 P.M.


Schedule:
6am-8am - Setup/Begin Cooking
1:00 pm - Turn in Backyard BBQ
2:30 pm - Turn in Chicken Entries
3:00 pm - Turn in Pork Entries
3:30 pm - Turn in Beef Entries
4:30 pm - Awards Ceremony

Beef Brisket (1st-$50) (2nd-$25)
Pork Ribs (no boneless) (1st-$50) (2nd-$25)
Chicken (1st-$50) (2nd-$25)
Backyard BBQ (anything goes) (1st-$50) (2nd - $25)
Showmanship (1st-$25)

Additional Awards:
Grand Champion -$300 (Beef, Pork, Chicken combined)
Reserve Grand Champion-$150 (Beef, Pork, Chicken combined)
